There is a webcam on an eagle nest, high in the tree, in Decorah, Iowa. I have been watching it for about a week, on and off. There even is a light, for us who want to drop in for a peek at night! http://katie.luther.edu/moodle/filter/m ... glecam.flv and more info about the site : http://www.luther.edu/eaglecam/update/ |

Cool |
This poor eagle is sitting on two eggs - in the snow. http://www.fs.fed.us/outdoors/naturewatch/eaglecam.html Two eggs hatched on the 30th, but sadly, yesterday one fell out of the nest. No joke. It takes a full minute for the two camera views to load. There is one more egg that may hatch, but she hasn't been sitting on it as much in the last 24 hrs. http://www.suttoncenter.org/pages/live_eagle_camera The very famous Molly and McGee Barn Owls. Four have hatched, one more egg to go. McGee brings the family food after 8 PM Central, more trips needed as they grow. And they are getting huge very quickly. http://www.sportsmansparadiseonline.com ... x_Cam.html I've followed the Sutton center Eagles for several years. I stumbled on Molly this year (MODs have Molly Obsessive Disorder/Disease). and from there, I found the Oregon Eagles |
very cool-thanks! |
That was awesome!! |
I'm at work, and I was watching about an hour ago. I saw the male land and give the female a break to go fly and hunt. Imagine my surprise when I saw that one of the chicks has hatched!!! There are now 2 egs and a chick in the nest. http://www.luther.edu/eaglecam/stream/ Easter Eagle babies today! |
