(for 2) 1 large hoagie roll cut in half legnthwise 4 eggs 1/4 cup sour cream big squirt of dijon mustard chopped fresh dill 2 tomatoes 1 avacodo cubed cooked chicken breast chopped red onion chopped chives slices of cheddar cheese mix eggs, sourcream, dijon mustard and fresh dill together...dip hoagie rolls in the mixture. put the hoagie rolls flat side down first on a hot skillet....once that side is cooked, flip over and put sliced tomatoes, avacado and cheddar cheese on top...put lid on pan to melt the cheese (turn down the cooktop to low) while that is cooking, mix chicken with some sour cream, dijon mustard (i just eyeball it), onion, chives, salt and pepper and more chopped dill place hoagie on plate and then scoop some chicken salad over the hoagie perpendicular to the bread....sprinkle some more chopped dill on top for color.... it is truely a yummy spring/summer dinner! |

I order this same sandwich ...but turkey at a local sandwich shop! It's one of my favorites!! Now I'm hungry for one ...and I just ate lunch. |

That sounds good! I think you need to change the title, though. The French Toast part makes me initially think yuck! |

4 eggs? and they soak it all up? Chicken, Bacon and avocados........(just a fw more days till Pascha/Easter....and end of Fast) I might use Swiss instead of Cheddar |
