Hotel Recommendations for a Florida Vacation in April

| I live in Melbourne - about an hour from Discovery Cove. The weather is usally very nice in April. Can be rainy though but only in the late afternoon for a short time. yes it is spring break time here - starts March and continues to end of April. I would makle reservations for Discovery Cove ahead of time. They limit how many enter a day. Do you want to stay in Orlando? or do you want to stay on the beach? you can stay on the coast and drive into Orlando - it is easy and quick. I can recommend hotels in both locations. of if you want a smaller type B&B. there are many. In Orlando the hotel "Royal Pacific" is very nice but laid back and great location plus a wonderful Emeril restauant on property- nice pool area and "beach" area. very relaxing and beautiful without being too expensive. The location is perfect - you can take a boat to City Walk - restaurants, shows, shops... As for the beach area, there are many. |
