| She won't be there very long as I think people are sick of the Gosselins so she won't get very many votes. The kids will have their mom back in no time until her next attempt to get herself back on television. I don't mind watching Jake (though he is boring) but I hate having to look at Vienna's unattractive face in the audience. |

| I just wish Kate and that whole Gosselin bunch would go away... SO tired of them. I thought it was "Dancing with the STARS" Now-- to ME, MEL GIBSON or some other old man that is my age (or older) and used to be a hunk is my idea of fun  And any lady besides Kate. | Personally looking forward to see Evan Lysacek and Buzz Aldrin Both of them are closer to the title Star than somne of the wanna bees. Niecey Nash could be entertaining though. Pamela Anderson - can she dance with those things in the way? |
| I want to see Kate dance. For some reason I don't mind her. And I was surprised and interested to see Buzz Aldrin. That should be fun. I don't have much interest in Pam Anderson or Nicole Sherzinger. Seems to be a pretty good cast though. |
Mr. J has not really liked any season but of course he's excited about Erin Andrews.  |

| Well she was a sex symbol long before the peephole incident. I'm not sure she minds that, ...just the videotaping her w/o knowing and being naked part. We saw Kate in an interview and she looked GREAT! Lost some weight, which she didn't need to, but she does look sexier. |
| How was her hair? I didn't like the extensions she got for the cover of People, but I liked it when she cut those a little shorter... |
| It was actually super super super curly. I wasn't a fan. I saw it another time after that and it looked better. Still curly but not so fake and overdone. |
I am excited about Aiden Turner. He is not well known but is VERY FINE!  I'm usually gushing over the sheepies but Aiden is worth "drooling over".  |

| I was surprised by how well Brooke Burke did in her hostess duties. I never really connected with her personality when she was a contestant so I wasn't excited about her replacing Samantha Harris. Of course I would have been happy with anybody other than that immatue perky chipmunk Melissa Rycroft. Surprises for me with the contestants - 1) Buzz wasn't that bad given his age. It is totally unfair to ask someone in their 80's to be on the same playing field with people in their 30's. I think his stiffness was due to his age and not his dancing ability. 2) Kate Gosselin was even worse than I thought. 3) Shannon Doherty is starting to look much older than her actual age. 4) Pamela Anderson wasn't as bad as I had thought under all of that gyrating - it will be intersting to see her version of a waltz. The Bachelor Jake looked like a complete dork jumping up and down when his scores were posted. Those girls who got jilted probably never saw that "suave" side of him. I am anxious for next week when they are not so nervous and we might see more of their personalities. |
| I have never watched this in the past but want to see it only for Evan Lysacek and Buzz Aldrin. I taped it last night and will watch it over the weekend. How does this work? Does someone get eliminated every week? |
| I think Brooke Burke did an okay job. She cut off some of the celebs while they were talking, but I think she'll get used to it. She used to be a host on E! so she's had some experience like this before. And Samantha Harris was horrible, so glad to see she's gone. I didn't get to watch the whole thing so I can't comment on them all, but I think this will be a good season. and yeah, shannen doherty doesn't look all that good. Maybe her hard partying days caught up to her. Very sweet about her and her dad though. |

| Evan L. originally is from Naperville Illinois so yes, he's from my state. That isn't why I would vote for him though. Did someone get voted off last night? |
| I just got finished watching. I TOTALLY agree with you on the "immature perky chipmunk Melissa" comment. LOL Glad I'm not the only one who saw that. However, I thought the last host was WAY better. My husband was in love with Brooke Burke (pre cosmetic surgery days), so he'll be happy to see her. He hasn't watched yet. Also... he had a thing for Ashley (Buzz's partner), so he'll be happy she's back. Buzz will get a lot of "hero" votes, so he probably won't go first, but I hope him or Shannon go first since I don't want to see Kate go the 1st round. She was DEFINITELY the worst, but I agree with all the comments I'm hearing the day after on talk shows. She did great for a "mom with no experience whatsoever." I tried imagining myself doing this, and if I came that far by day 1 of training then I'd be amazed! Again, I hope she's the second voted off although it's not looking good. I loved erin and mak. She has a lot of potential to beat Pussycat chick. I prefer an underdog although I have nothing against her. Niecy & louis made me laugh, and she did better than I thought she would. The Bachelor is SUCH a dork. He thinks he's a lot more suave than he really is. ..and I was enchanted by evan and anna (although there's something about anna that makes me not like her). |
| Paula--nope, no one got voted off yet. I hope Kate isn't the first voted off. I also hope Shannen isn't, just because I like the reason she's doing the show. While I like that Buzz is there, I just don't think it's fair to put an elderly person in a physical competition like this. You know he'll never be as good as some of the younger ones just because he physically can't be. Plus, I'd hate to be the one who broke Buzz Aldrin's hip! |
| Brooke Burke is horrible. I feel so bad for her! I bet it's a hard job to do, though, only having like 2 seconds to think up and say something good. Okay, nicole sherzinger (or whatever) bugs me, even if she is a good dancer. I like Evan. It's painful to watch Kate. She's just not good. It's like watching what I would look like up there! I'm always so scared that Buzz is going to break a hip, so while I love him and love him on the show, I kind of hope he gets kicked off first. It's just too stressful to watch him. I like Niecy Nash. I actually didn't mind Pamela Anderson. She looks SO much better at the rehearsals with less makeup. I thought Shannen Doherty did a pretty good job. Jake is pretty bad too... |
I was so determined to watch this week,as I missed it last week...but I didn't get to see the beginning....  I thought Pamela Anderson was very very good, surprisingly..the song they danced to just happens to be one of my oldie but goodie favs!!!!  She moves very smooth and has a great presence on the stage...of course she oozes sexiness...IMO..I was really watching to see KATE (as many people) AND she didn't disappoint!!!! She IS awful...the scenes of her with her partner were pathetic!!! That poor man, having to deal with her!!!  It was painful watching her try to 'dance'....all of the missteps, no presence, that fake smile, very choppy....and I am not even an expert..but to my newbie eye...it was a mess!!!!!!! I will be sooo surprised if she is NOT voted off!!! She needs to be home with ALL those kids in PA...not in CA trying to be a diva...pathetic!!! |
| I guess I'm on Team Kate. While I thought she was horrible, I still don't want her to go home yet. And she spends most of the week practicing in PA with her kids, so I have no problem with her coming out to CA for 2 days every week. And I do wonder if that's how she really is (how they portrayed her with her partner in practice) or if they're trying to make that be her character... |
| I will never be on team Kate. Ever. Sorry Barns and Jo! I thought she was pitiful. I almost felt sorry for her. Almost. She hates direction and lack of control, and therefore she is a trainers nightmare. And why did she have to roll those eyes. Such a pain in the a$$. Oh well. Poor Buzz--- he is a cutie to watch though. I hope when I am his age, I have that zing! The rest were fun to watch-- although I like the out-takes more than the dancing. |

| I can... She didn't deserve to leave, but how many people still like that erratic chick? Just sayin' Not fair, but glad to know we get to see Kate another week. Too bad there won't be some miracle where she's suddenly a great dancer. I just don't think she's got that natural dancing ability like others do [even when given the tools to do it]. |

| Kate is much more 'recent' and more talked about these days than Shannen Doherty. While I've read blogs from people saying they're voting for Shannen b/c of 90210, I still think more' people these days know of/want to talk about and see Kate dance. I was sad to see Shannen go, though, since she seemed so much happier this past week, like she was enjoying herself. I didn't want any of the bottom 3 couples to go. I bet if she's on long enough they'll slowly change Kate's image to make her more likeable. People just expect to see what they showed in rehearsals. |
| Anyone cocky enough to change their name to, Ochocinco ...gets my hope you get the boot vote. Not to mention he's good friends with someone else I HAAAAAATE (terrell owens). ...just think if you can actually enjoy the company of someone like him, then it says a lot about you. |

| I love DWTS! Watched from the beginning. I too am afraid that Buzz will break something. But Kate has to go! It is difficult to watch her dance! I love the gold medal winner (ice skating) forgot his name. forgetting a lot lately.... Love nacey's personality |
| love the show. I cannot stand Pam Anderson. She was such a cute thing when she started out on "tool time' ! Then she had all the fake surgery and just looking at her is painful for me! And the sex ooziness is sickening to me. I guess she will bet all the male votes! I was expecting to not like Kate.....never watched the Jon & Kate +8 show........so i don't know what all went on that way, but I like that she is trying. I'd rather watch someone like her try and she is trying. I think she is scared to death just like Shannon D. was. I get tired of the 'prof' dancer's star's.... the Pussycat chick's each season, etc. I don't think anyone that has had that much experience i.e. Donny Osmund, Marie Osmund and others should be in it. It's just not that fair to the others. I like seeing some the ones that have not had any training and watching them progress each week. Kelley Osborn was the greatest and Helio and Apollo. |
| I agree with that. While it's fun to see 'good' dances (from people like the Pussycat Doll), I think it'd be much fairer to have them all with roughly the same dance experience. Just because they've never danced ballroom doesn't mean they're not dancers (as some of them have claimed--I can dance hip hop on stage, but boo hoo I'm a novice at the waltz...) Although, I don't think that as many people would watch if EVERYONE looked like Kate does while she's dancing. I loved Kelly Osbourne too. |
| I didn't want Kate to be the first booted, but now I'm ready. I thought the female judge was right on... I had the same reaction to her "ODD" dance. She is the worst actor ever. You'd think a "mad" face would be easy to come by for her ..it is for me ...but I didn't know what the heck she was doing. I couldn't stop laughing. I really like Erin and Nicole. Nicole who I initially didn't want to win b/c I hate the obvious ...is growing on me and now I'd be happy if she did. I also love how much Erin is improving. She had to do dance back in the day (like drill team or something in school). |

| I agree with the pussycat dolls - should not be on the show. they have experience. yes kate needs to go. the elimination of Buzz was BIG NEWS on the Space Coast here. Funny. He needed to go. Yes Brook Burke is so stiff! Maybe she can replace Vana and turn letters someday |
