Help with Transport - Pottsville PA to Brockway PA
The OES that needs help is the 11 year old senior in the PA shelter that was posted earlier last week in the "Dogs in Trouble" that was seized from an neglectful situation, he was tied outside his WHOLE life and is in rough shape. He has been to the vet and has been somewhat groomed. He is in extreme pain from being severely neglected, but is now on medication and slowly on his way to recovery. NEOESR has a foster home for him in Brockway PA and is asking for help with transport to at least 1/2 way.
