| That is one seriously messed up girl. I see a life in and out of the system for her. I suspect there's a serious side to here lurking under the surface. Makes you wonder about her "friend." The fact there was a picture of Rigsby still alive in someone's arms sure makes this questionable! As for Rigsby, he might have been already dead, we don't know. But to display the photo like that show serious ethical issues. |
