Madan brushes are very nice and soft and starting to show up more and more with show people. I LOVE mine (and Mandy Miss Marley has undercoat now ) http://www.paws-and-tails.com/madanbrush.aspx
Mine is Orange |
I've tried a million brushes and the one I seem to use the most and the one my clueless on how to groom husband uses the most is one just like this resco combination comb.
http://www.amazon.com/Resco-Combination ... B0002ZADKK It gets out the matts, and makes me feel like I did a good job combing the dogs completely out. The other brushes I have and like are more useful if there are already matt free and I'm just touching up. Other ones I own and like: 2nd favorite: Chris Christensen Fusion Oval Pin Brush-27mm http://www.amazon.com/Chris-Christensen ... 938&sr=1-3 third favorite: Chris Christensen T- Brush http://www.amazon.com/Chris-Christensen ... B000ES7WI6 And lastly, I use a smaller buttercomb by chris christensen ...probably the 006, can't remember... for the face. But truly, the one that gets used the most is definitely the first I posted. The rest mostly get used by my kids who INSIST on helping |
I like the Hindes pin brushes and and the Chris Christensen wooden pin brush.
I have the t-brush too - a nice change of grip, but the pins on mine are just a bit too long - they don't have as much stiffness as I would like. |
Thank you for your help ,we will try one of the brushes,we have the comb combo., it does work very well 1 Thanks Jim and Kathy Brown |
I use the Les Pooches (purple one) this is a fantastic brush I use on my sheepie and my clients oes, I brush my oes (Rosie) about every 2 weeks she's in full coat and never gets matted. Before I spent all my time grooming her its brillant when you can have it all. |
