It's Snowing!!! IN ATLANTA!!!
We're getting real snow, that is sticking. The dogs don't want to come in. I'm going to take them to the dog park after awhile, so they can romp around in the white stuff with their doggy pals!!! |

| I'm dang depressed. BIL in Dallas measured 12" of snow IN DALLAS!!!! So jealous.
But the giggle inside for me is, his electricity also went out!! His wife is currently on a warm cruise (she said 72 degrees), and he has no idea where anything is in the house (like matches for candles) ...and is left watching their twins. Bwahahahahaha  |
So, if there's SNOW in Georgia....doesn't that mean there should be green grass and sunshine up here???

| We officially got over 11 inches in DFW, in a 24 hour period. A new record. It never stopped. Beautiful, but very wet. Great snowmen, but tree branches are falling. No school today, but a makeup day at the end of the year.
It just barely got above freezing today, so the roads are clearing. But they will be icy in the morning and these people have no clue how to drive on ice. I did get some great pictures though. |
Hubby said he heard on the radio today that at 2PM today ALL 50 states had snow on the ground somewhere!  |

We are getting ready to get some of your blizzard! No Lure Cousing tomorrow but, we can build a snow man (maybe a snow boy) The pups first snow!!!

she kept rubbing her face in the snow until she could hardly see from the things! Once we got her home we had to put her into a warm bath. Atlanta... or the Swiss Alps?

| we had to put poor Luna into a warm bath when we got her home. she could hardly sit in the car, she was so snowed up. Tonks of course was jealous of the attention Luna got, and insisted on getting into Luna's bath water when Luna was done. Tonks smartly stopped every 5 minutes or so at the park to chew hew own snow-eggs off her feet.
The mats were a bit nightmarish; makes me glad we had just dematted and bathed the girls right before the snow storm. I had Luna mostly dematted again by yesterday. |

| that's what i thought; this wasn't the standard Georgia snow that hits the ground and melts. This was heavy, wet, sticky North Eastern style snow. I felt like I was back in New Jersey! |
| Great pictures! Hasn't it been fun??? But this last one did cancel ANOTHER trip to Atlanta for me--sigh! But I really have enjoyed our SOUTHERN snow this year! |
| I prefer the fluffy white Colorado powder, that has been on the ground since Oct. it will leave sometime end of april/begin of may. |
