I would like to break this into indoors and outdoors, but given that this is winter (in MOST of the world!) I'm going with indoor surfaces. |

Its been a few years since mine were at daycare - and suprisingly even though its upsatte NY, all the dogs only played outside - except for of course Morgan and Marley who were not often considerate enough of the other dogs to play civilly amongst them - at least when they were younger. But being daycare darlings :aw: , they often got to play alone together inside (when all the other dogs were worn out and they were still raring to go) in the training facility which had nice agility type matting on the floor. |
Edgar has never been to doggie daycare. Poor little dude, he has to stay home. |
I /we just go for training....and usually it smells bad there. |
All the places our dogs have boarded have them, and they're always just bare flooring/concrete. Seems the easiest and cheapest way to get up all the nasty spills? |
Our doggie day care is a converted warehouse, so they left the concrete floors. They paint them a couple of times a year, and I think the paint has a textured additive; almost like sand, so its not slick and the dogs can get some traction. |
