Tiggy gets sooooo jealous, she used to bark at him but I taught her that I am not amused with the deafening sheepie bark in my ear. So today she tried a new tactic. She came up and sat at my feet and was all lovey. She put her head as close in my lap as she could fit it beside the cat, gave him a little friendly sniff (now I'm getting really suspicious) . Made sure her damp beard rubbed over the cat's head while she sniffed. Did her 'love me' paw at my leg, whoops got the cat a bit. (it was an accident, Mom, true) I'm just lovin' you. Wriggled her head a bit further on my lap and jostled the cat a bit. The cat cracked it and took a big chomp of Tiggy, went right for the top of her head and got................a big mouthful of topkot. Ackkkkk, spit, blah, evil glare at Tiggy, evil glare at me. Must be all my fault of course. Tiggy is still acting all cute and lovey, "what was that on the top of my head? Oh well I'll be good and just ignore it." At this point the cat decided he'd had enough of smelly, damp dog beards and jostling and bailed out. Tiggy watched him leave, looked at me as if to say "what? I didnt do anything bad to him!" and then climbed right in my empty lap. She sees no difference between her and the cat and is just a bit puzzled as to why she doesnt fit as well as he does. |

Poor Kitty! Nothing like a pushy sheepdog to ruin a good snuggle. Imagine smelling like a sheepdog! Kitty had to spend a lot of time getting that stink off her. |
