CPE agility class question

probably for you Kerry, but anyone can answer! Please!

I am entering a CPE trial in March. One class is Full House. I read the course description on the CPE site, but have some questions, as it seems to make sense, but don't see the link to the title Full House?? So that has me thinking I got it wrong...

Can anyone who has run it or watched it give me a summary?

We entered (or rather I entered us), and wouldn't you know it's the 1st class on Saturday! :?

Well actually - I do read them. I never get it until I go to the class and watch - the good thing is unless you run 8" or 24" you are never first!

Isn't full house the 3 circles (three of a kind) and the two high point combinations (two of a kind)?

If not - I hav eno clue. I just find somenice experienced person to explain t duringt he walk through. ALso - CPE judges are (almost all) very good at explaining to newbies!!!!!
Dawn - I just realized I will see a CPE judge tommorow evening in class - I will have him explain it - - -and I will write it down and forward on.
Kristine - you said it. I only thought it....... 8O

Kerry - worded like that it makes sense - I'll keep that in mind and reread the class description :D

Stephanie - thanks! A judge better be able to explain it, right? 8)
another question -

about those rules.
I registered the end of 2009 and they said in the email they sent out that my membership would be for 2010 and that they would be sending out a copy of the 2010 rules the beginning of January.

I haven't got my 2010 rules yet - Have you Kerry or Stephanie gotten yours?
My mailbox was hit by the plow once (well twice, but once this month  ) - I'm wondering if it was mailed and I lost mine. :?:
I haven't joined for this year - I actually don't have to as they don't require an annual membership to play. The most updated rules are online.
Dawn - I got a similar e-mail that said the new rule books were to go out this month. I haven't gotten mine yet and I e-mailed earlier today and asked if they had been sent yet - I will let you know what I hear.

Thanks :D

Kerry - I have read them online - but was hoping I wouldn't have to print them out. Especially seeing as they said are going to send the new rules...I'm just being cheap!

I was beginning to wonder where my rule book is. Guess I still have to wait.

Oh and I can't stand the clutter of another set in the house. I wish they had a kindle version......

Mine will go in my dog bag - and it lives in the Element. :)
Along with my AKC agility/obedience/rally rules, UKC rules, NADSR weight pull rules, TDI handouts, etc....no wonder my bag is getting so heavy!
This is from an e-mail from my instructor:

In Full House you can do any obstacles you want for 30 or 35 seconds (time depends on the dog's jump height) and accumulate points. Jump are worth 1 point, round things (tunnels, tire, chute) are worth 3 points and the judge decides what the jokers (worth 5 points) are normally contacts, weaves, the double or a combination. You need to earn so many points (depending on your level) during your time. At the end of your time you have 5 seconds to run to the table to stop the clock for every second your are over the five they deduct one point from your opening. In the opening you must do at least three jumps, two things that you go through (Circle, tunnels, and chute) and at least one Joker. In add9ition to that you can do any obstacles you want for points. Any specific obstacle can be done twice for points. An obstacle can be done more than twice but you only get points for the first 2 times.
Thanks!
Now I don't have to worry about getting off course, just count shapes!
for all - esp. Pam, Stephanie - my CPE 2010 rules came in the mail today :D :D
