That's pretty much us too. Todd drinks a whole pot himself -year round. Even in the heat of summer. I occasionally drink it, especially with flavored creamer or as a cappucino. I really prefer tea. Black tea, green tea, Earl Gray, and hot or iced! Hot Lipton with honey is a favorite, and I love iced sweet tea. Yum |
I added both as an option. I'm a serious caffeine addict, I drink tea every morning and night but coffee non stop all day. Seriously, probably 15 cups at least on an average day.
People who know me know I'm VERY cranky without my Timmy's |
coffee all day long, then switch to decaff in the evening |

In addition to the pot of coffee, he drinks Mountain Dew or Mellow Yellow the rest of the day! |
I voted for both because I do enjoy both. I do, however, drink a lot more coffee. I drink a pot each morning all by myself. Hubby is not a coffee drinker. I usually have tea in one form or another in the afternoon. |
Ahh...COFFEE... |
I drink tea every day but once in awhile, I'll grab a cafe latte on my way to work just because it sounds good. I used to drink only coffee and somewhere along the way, it just lost most of its appeal to me. It has to be a really smooth coffee for me to even be interested (if it's just plain ol' coffee). |

Where is the puking emoticon? :P Myself, I love hot tea..... I have a cup of green tea every morning and Tim put a container of Harry's Christmas Tea in my stocking. It is a very yummy red tea from Harry & David. |
2 cups of decaf in the morning for me, October thru March. April thru Sept. it's Diet Mountain Dew. |
Varies. Mostly though coffee, decaf whenever possible but not hard/fast rule. Tea preferred afternoon into evening unless in restaurant where coffee is easier on wait staff. |

Wait for it............................................................................................... TAB Remember Tab, from long ago. Its still around and is the only soda I drink. |

Me too!! I have had to switch to mostly decaf though. Just one caffeinated a day or my blood pressure starts to go up. I occasionally drink tea but not often. |
Tea, people, always tea. Don't talk to me about Boston.
And, like the Russians, I take mine black.... |
Boston?
I'm a coffee drinker. I stopped for a while a decade ago and I was a much better person. I remember way back about 15 years ago when I was a young pup I started having palpitations. I saw my doctor who asked what I did for a living. When I told him I was a programmer he said: "When I was in college, we used to call programmers 'Machines that turned caffeine into code.' How much coffee do you drink?" "About 10 cups a day," I replied. "How big is your mug?" "About 12 ounces." He and I did the math simultaneously. "That's about a gallon of coffee a day. Maybe you should cut back a little." I did and the palpitations went away. My brother, on the other hand, gets palpitations unless he drinks some coffee. Go figure. It's a powerful drug. When I quit drinking coffee I got the headaches for a few days and I was really dragging around for almost a month as I recall. But then -- my energy became very high and even all day long, with no 4 O'Clock crash, no tired afternoons, no cranky mornings. But I do love my coffee. |
I'm a tea drinker. One or two cups, in the morning. Guilty pleasure, Chai Latte while running through the airport.
I think there should be an additional catagory to the poll, Cold Caffeine. I prefer to get my caffeine buzz on with a 1/2 Coke 1/2 Diet Coke mix. |
I voted both , I'm a tea drinker but I drink coffee when I'm not home because I only like one kind of tea |
i guess ice tea........... but really was addicted to Coke a Cola......... before i moved down here! Now i mix juice and Gingerale.
i found i couldn't stand the Coke down here, and everytime i know someones coming down i have them bring me a 24 pack... I finally had someone tell me the Coke in USA has 'only' 7 tablespoons of sugar.......... Mexico has 11 TABLESPOONS and it is a horrid sweetness... one way to stop you drinking it! And the sugar here is different too. It's kind of a mix between refined and raw........ |
Coffee in the morning (2 or 3 cups). A can of diet Dr. Pepper in the afternoon. Hot tea very rarely in the evenings (I drank more when I smoked). Most nights another can of diet Dr. Pepper. I guess I like caffeine. |
I drink a few cups of coffee in the morning, and then green tea the rest of the day. I am trying to switch to tea all day, but can not give up the first cup of the day being coffee.
I am a cardiac rehab nurse, so green tea is a good thing. What ever I drink, I make a great effort to choose fair trade and organic. Lu Ann |
One decaf coffee in the morning, one cup of decaf tea after lunch & maybe a decaf tea in the evening. If I'm stressed, it's a real tea, with milk & 2 sugars, really calms me down & comforts me. |
mmmmmmmmmm coffee
I only drink two cups a day, but it's espresso I've only recently discovered gourmet coffee and I treat myself to a mocha cafe once every couple of weeks. |
