Did Guinness spend HIS stash of pigs ears and bully sticks and assorted chewies and other valuables? No? I guess he can afford to be forgiving You have every right to be grumpy. He has every right to be a baby. But you'll both move on. Here's to life getting back on track again for both of you. So glad he's home. Kristine |
Glad to hear he's on the mend. |
Very happy to hear he is home and on the mend.
Here's to moving forward. |

Gentle hugs to him |
I look at his sweet face and hope the pain is gone forever. Four leaf clovers, crossed paws and fingers, and good thoughts that it's only good news going forward. |
glad he is home safe and sound...you both have every right to be grumpy xx |
Thank goodness he's finally home
Here's hoping for a speedy recovery and a pain-free future. After what you've been through, you both sooooo deserve it. |
Hugs for you both. Glad he is on the mend .

Glad he is home. Thank God you had the savings to put towards this- can you imagine how it would have felt if you couldn't have?
It's natural to be upset- in the end all you want is your boy to be healthy ...and bless you for doing all you can for him You are so lucky to have him home. |
Glad he is home.
Moving forward is good. Hugs. |
So glad he's home!! If he wasn't a velcro dog before, he sure will be after this! If he's as resilient as Drez was after her FHO, he'll be up and hobbling tomorrow and will be walking within a few days. Just can't keep them down!

I have had a hard time acessing the forum I am so happy we had the money to help guinness and thankful my hubby supported me . I can save more money but cannot have another Guinness I do make a donation every year to U of PA to help those that cannot afford to save their pets. Guinness is doing wonderful!! Hopefully when I have my knee replaced in feb I will do as well He sends everyone big sheepdog kisses!! I am just soooo happy he is pain free. He looks so much better!!! |
Yeah Guiness! Glad you are all doing better
I hear you one the money issue. We spent a small fortune ( about 15 grand) last year on my dog Thankfully we had insurance which pai alot of it. Just a suggestion, which we are dojng now...we try to put away a small amount every week. Maybe 50 bucks or whatever we can, into a special "dog fund". It accumulates over time and can come in handy. Glad Guiness is doing better and hope you both ahve a much better and easier New year! |
That's great news that Guiness is feeling so much better. Hope he's back to his usual self really soon. |
SO good to hear!!!!
Now you can relax and feel better too |
We have always had a dog fund In 2008 I had about 15000 in savannah before we lost her, then we lost two horses after tons of medical bills and I do dog rescue on the side ( I had a sponsor bail on me and now owe 500 on one of my black dog rescues) It is a great idea but now I have to do a lot of catching up I just need to pay off this rescue and find him a home THEN we will start again after the wedding. Which seems far away but will be here in a second!!!!! |
I'm so glad Guinness is doing better
|
