| Thanks for posting the link to the article on the memorial service. Law enforcement officers in all lines of work are sooooo underpaid for putting their lives on the line. I know here in Louisiana the city police get paid less than "Walmart" wages.
My heart goes out to all those affected by these losses.  |
| The funeral march held today was 10,000 strong!! From law enforcement officers all over North America and even condolences from the Queen of England.
You couldn't help wipe a tear or two with the portraits and stories of the 4 young men all ranging in ages 25-29. It was sad to watch but also heartwarming to see the brotherhood that exist amongst them. Marianne |

I hadn't heard about this happening until you mentioned it (that's what happens when I don't watch the news). My deepest condolences to your community and to the family members who lost loved ones in this. It is so important for us to remember the wondeful jobs that our police, fire, and military forces do every day, putting their lives on the line so that we stay safe. My thanks to them. Karen |
