Good luck Lyndy! If this diet fails, cut back and increase exercising...it usually works. |
Good luck! I'm trying to lose some of my pregnancy weight too. It's been coming off at a pretty steady ,but I know the last 10 is always the hardest.
The fastest way to loose weight but not suffer in amount of food is just to cut out foods that a caveman wouldn't eat. Don't know another diet that can top the success rate of someone who cuts out those things (flour, sugar, etc). My husband lost 10lbs in a week. He is a skin/average size man, so for HIM to lose that much weight is significant. The next week, he lost 5 and met his goal weight. |
I love that idea. I am looking to loose weight also. If anyone out there wants a support system I'm in.

Cutting carbs really is the fastest way but exercising is the best way to keep it off and tone up.
I'm hoping to lose at least 15 lbs by the end of January. |
I learned in my weight loss classes last year that eating higher amounts of lean protein and cutting back on bad carbs is really good.
Soy protein is supposed to be really good for you. Believe it or not I don't mind it anymore. I made a really good Chicken chili today for lunch. I put it on top of a small Baked Potato. It wasn't bad. Lisa |
