2 2/3C white chocolate chips 2 2/3C semi-sweet chips 1 1/3C crunchy and creamy pb ...whatever floats your boat, but I have to say that for an anti-nut in my baked goods person... this takes excellent both ways. line 10X15 pan with foil or parchment. then get 2 microwaveable bowls ready. fill one with semi-sweet, the other with white chocolate (just makes things quicker to have your ingred set out). Melt the WHITE chocolate for 1 min. Stir until mostly melted, add your pb and put back in microwave at 10 sec. intervals until completely melted. Pour in prepared pan. Melt semi-sweet chocolates (I do this as I'm pouring white chocolate in) in microwave for 1 min. stir for a good 30 sec. to get melted and then put back in microwave at 10 sec. intervals until completely melted. Then pour on top of white chocolate mixture. Spread carefully. Can swirl with knife if it floats your boat. I didn't. Put in fridge until firm. Then cut. Notes: I actually cut while it's just set but still kinda warm so it's easier or take out my chilled fudge until it's closer to room temp or you will crack the fudge while cutting instead of smooth cuts. Always have a slicing motion over and over ....not a sawing one. Enjoy! |
