42nd Birthday
My hubby Troy took me away to a Casino in Mt Pleasant last night. We had a wonderful dinner. The dessert was delicious and unusual. It was an ice cream sampler in a spun sugar bowl. The ice cream flavors were Jasmin Green Tea, Ginger Raspberry and Pink Peppercorn. Isn't that wild. It was wonderful. I spent the morning in a hot tub, eating a doughnut and drinking a cup of coffee, overlooking a beautiful snow covered field. Troy always tries to make my Birthday special because it is so close to Christmas. I am very proud of myself, I only called and checked up on Frankie once today. I boarded him. I have never done that before with any of our dogs. I made sure I raised him to be able to do that. But back to the grind tomorrow

My hubby and I went to Longhorn for their Parmasian Crusted chicken...I had been dreaming of that meal for a while. lol It did not disappoint. We did, however, bring the dessert home and I'll eat it tomorrow. lol |
