(Don't ask me actual show results because I haven't a clue - a lab won the obedience invitational for the second year running, that's all I know ) Breeder/fellow performance person Linda Zimmerman helped with the booth along side Marilyn O'Cuilinn (among others, I'm sure - it's a huge undertaking - but a special thanks to Marilyn and Linda Z for making sure our breed's multi-talented nature was featured front and center and to those of you like Dawn and Kerry who contributed photograhic evidence to that effect ) and Linda's young Hudson, CH Legacy's Leading Man (also working in rally and agility) was one of the breed ambassadors. Linda took pictures of the booth which hopefully she'll share when she gets that far. I'll ask her if I can share them here as well. Wish I could have seen it first hand. Hopefully this will encourage us to do more Meet the Breeds elsewhere in the country when the opportunity presents Kristine |

Congratulations to all involved! What a wonderful award! Meet the Breed is such an important event at any show.
This year José & I were asked to sit in for a potion of meet the breed when we had time on Friday at the show we were at in Cleveland (not Eukanuba). I was amazed how many spectators take the time to go thru an exhibit like this. It was really nice for the families as the kids could ask questions. José of course loved the attention. |
Marilyn, that's fabulous!
The Meet the Breeds are one of the few times the general public gets a chance to see up close and personal what an OES is supposed to look and behave like. Kudos to you and Jose! I'm sure he was his usual adorable self Kristine |
That is great news!!! I can't wait to see the pictures
I'm sure Hudson and Jose both had a blast as well Nothing like an OES with an adoring audience. |
What a wonderful group one!!

Isn't that the truth!! We were at a show this weekend and everytime there was any aplause anywhere - MIss Marely stopped and looked around at "her" adoring crowd (you can only imagine the royal wave) |
Some of those booths can be quite elaborate. If this is an award winning, I'm sure it is just wonderful. Hope to see pixs. |
I can't wait to see the pictures!!! Congrats to all!!!!! |
Wow I wish we had those here. Sounds like the people working on it did a fantastic job, I can't wait to see the pics! |
