Dog Walk - fun time
This morning at 10:30 eleven dogs and twenty-one people met in the parking lot of the church and then proceeded to take a 40 minute casual walk around the neighborhood behind the church. It was great fun! We met other dog lovers from my church and in the local community. The dogs got along fine. Everyone pledged to attend the next organized walk and encouraged us to plan a walk for each month. We had mutts and purebreds. Dogs of all ages (including an 11-week old puppy) attended. We had single people, whole families, even a grandfather and his grandchildren participated. A good time was had by all.  |
