Most of Barney's skin under his gray fur is black/dark and most of it under the white fur is pink. He has some dark spots on the pink parts and we just had him shaved today and he has a lot more spots than he used to. These aren't wound/sores or anything. Just pigment. |

I believe one of my mentors told me that once. Same with the nails; they'll turn more black with age as well. |
Lisa told me they continue to get more pigment as they age. |
yes - totally normal for OES, and most other breeds too. |

You are SUCH a good student! Yes, this is true. The older they get, the more black spots they get. Same with the nails turning darker. |
