Good to know I wasn't the only person who has never seen one let along played with it I just know all my friends use it to work out (wii fit).
I haven't heard anyone say anything negative about it except the few that used it hardcore at first then it just sat there. |
We have a Wii at home. We do not, however, have the Wii fit. I have heard people swear by the Wii fit that it is helpful for balance and for exercise. But I have also read articles saying that it is less than stellar for a serious weightloss regime.
It is fun, I totally recommend Wii Ghostbusters. |
Yes, we have one for the adults AND one for the kids. I work out on it and didn't want to compete for time with the kids. lol
My aunt and uncle (in their 60's) have one for themselves...they play a lot of wii golf on it! I have a couple of other friends who have one for the family, but it seems like the parents spend more time on it than the kids. |
We have one for the 'adults,' just got it about a month ago. We have Wii Sports and Wii Fit. Both are a lot of fun but I have to admit I have not played it in over a week now. I suppose this does not mean anything though because my attention span is as short as a two year olds |
We have one and it's totally fun, although we haven't used it in a while. |
we just ordered this one-
Nintendo Wii Fit Plus Bundle w/ Balance Board +15 Accessories it seems to have everything we will need for a long time. for me I found 2 games I might order later. its the foodnerwork and iron chef. thanks for your input. i still have doubts but we have 50 days to use it once it gets here. |
Hi,
My husband and I (29 & 27 years old) have one and we don't use it very often but the last time my parents (in their mid-late sixties) came over for thanksgiving supper we all bowled together and it was hilarious. It's worth it even if you are just pulling it out on holidays for company. |
We got one last year for the whole family. I figured it would
get my 16 yr old to do something with the family. He now has his own games for it, and he never plays with us. My 6 yr old loves it, and you cannot beat him at most of the sports stuff. He has been that way with the bowling since we took it out of the box. (he was 5 then - tell me that's not frustrating!) My husband and I golf, bowl, play tennis and occasionally box. The boxing is a killer and we are both winded by the end. Many of the sports packages you can play sitting down. I know they play with the Wii at some retirement and assisted living places. It's a lot of $$, but it is a lot of fun. Shellie |
Our WII is mostly for me (WII Fit) We do have Mario Cart and WII Resort along with sports. |
I like Big Beach Sports; but I worked on so... I am plugging it. http://bigbeachsports.com/ I actually really like playing it.
I also have the WII fit board it was great for tracking my weight loss. Raving Rabbids is a fun game to play as well. http://rabbids.us.ubi.com/rabbidsgohome/ |
