Have you thought of maybe contacting a vet that has done it
before.
Some vets simply won't do oes dockings as it is such
a flush cut...
Good Luck
If they were four days old on Friday, honestly, they are getting a little old for docking now short of a surgical procedure. By the time you find a vet who can do it....might be better not to, especially with their less than stellar start in the world they may simply be too weak to handle it even now.

Mine are done within hours of birth with a local, it's over in seconds and I think there is one stitch, been a while. Dew claws are done at the same time. My vet's an OES breeder herself which helps. Not much help to you, though, I know. Sorry about that.

Aki you would be better to leave the tails on. Most of Europe plenty of OES with tails now.

With the start these pups had and only 2 left now its just too risky also the age factor now too late for it to be a simple procedure of docking more like now amputation and longer to recover from the procedure or greater chance of loosing the last 2.

In Australia when we were allowed to dock, the rules were within 3 days after birth the procedure had to be done, after that you were not allowed to dock.
I wouldn't dock them either, it's too late and they probably are not strong enough.
This is a pretty grim situation. If I were in your shoes, I'd be reading every article I could find about properly raising puppies and trying to cram as much information in as possible to keep the remaining two puppies alive. Don't dock the tails. It's too late even if the pups were in an ideal situation and thriving. At this point, I'd just focus on getting them the food they need and stimulating them to potty-- that's a full time job in itself.

Good luck.
Aki,
If I remember one of your first posts, are you from the UK? I think they just stopped docking so maybe that is why your Vet said no. I wouldn't dock the tails at this point...

Your questions sound to me like maybe you were not expecting to have pups...and you are out in the "country" with little help. So glad you came to the forum for help.

If you can tell us where you are, maybe there is someone on the forum in your neck of the woods that can come and pay a visit to help you? It must be scary out there on your own!

Ask us and if there is someone, I'm sure they will get out to see you and help.
Ashley Aki is in Romania with no help.

Aki I hope you read up on rearing puppies a lot of info on the internet can be attained to help you and also to feed your bitch a proper diet while she is feeding these remaining two. She needs heaps of extra calories and calcium while producing milk. If calcium levels are low she runs the risk of "Eclampsia" years ago known as "Milk Fever". Most common time for this to affect the mum is around 3-4 weeks after whelping if she is not getting the required nutrients in her diet. It can be lethal if not on a proper diet. Chicken soup and milk is not enough for her.

Give her goats milk, yoghurt and also put her on a dry food (Kibble) made for puppies as it has higher calories and appropriate calcium levels in it to help her in the next few weeks till you start to wean the babies.
