| Cool! Honestly, if she contacts *any* rescue or shelter that works with cats and offers to foster they will be elated. There is a huge need for kitten foster homes since they are more likely to get sick in the shelter.
You can contact the Joliet animal care and control and ask them if they have a foster program. Otherwise I would try these and see if Joliet is too far for foster homes: www.pawstinleypark.org www.pacthumanesociety.org There are a ton in Chicago that I can give you names for if she would be interested in driving that far.
