| These pills are very controversial . I have some friends that swear by them, others look at them(the pills) as if they were abuse to dogs. I give my dogs vitamin c tabs this helps--I have three lawn stainers(two female)--But you have to talk to your vet. I can't emphasize this enough--Kidney problems can prohibit the use of these--and each vet has his or her own opinion on supplementing dogs for any reason. I water my lawn with a sprinkler before they go out and then sprinkle it again later. I put some dawn dishwashing liquid on spots in the lawn that I see appear. Often a good hosing cleans out the urine. Your dog probably has a pattern, or favorite place--so keep that spot irrigated. |
| I have also heard that putting a little bit of vinegar in their water helps. My brother in law swears by this. His lawn looks like a golf course lawn. |
