| well yes, but what do these terms they used mean? A hyper dog = a bored dog usually; and what is aggressive behavior? these days any dog that barks at another dog can be called aggressive.
Its a shame people don't listen when they they are told these dogs (like most dogs) take work and commitment. |

| most likely - although it could be an owner who neglected to contact the owner, or who doesn't want to lose their investment by having to return the dog to the breeder without compensation.. |
