Laugh for the day!
The byb I am getting a deaf oes pup from (who is 8+ hours away) Asked me if I would pick up a poodle on the way for her AND bring back a schnauzer to her friend 
If they were going to rescue SURE but, I am guessing that is not the case!   |

Oh, my god, the balls.... Yeah. You almost have to laugh. I'm not as nice as you are. If it's a breeder's dog, I figure if they know how to sell puppies, they know how to rehome an adult. And you're not there for their transportation pleasure. Geez!
If she's that concerned about the dog, she could have offered to at least meet you half way. We got another young mostly in a couple of weeks ago. Owner wanted him gone NOW. OK, could she meet us close to where we do herding? She conceded to drive 20 minutes in our direction. We said, no, meet us here, a town sort of halfway in between, or we can't pick him up till next week. Miraculously she found someone to deliver him to us.

I thought of that! Maybe even somehow try to end up with all 3 in the car at once and drive off

| I don't know how you keep a civil tongue...No freaking way would I bring her that poodle. Just so she can use up another OES making mutts and dump it on a rescue...or the poodle. I hope you got past the delivery issue with her. |
