Group rescues dogs from kill shelters

| this was in the papers here yesterday; puppies from Atlanta shelters are finding homes in the North East. One shelter there commented that they hadn't had adoptable puppies in SIX YEARS. I don't even know how thats possible, but they said it was due to lax pet laws in the south, which I believe. |
