He had a little fuzzy pooch with lots of little mats and he showed me the classic spliter and then this one. The first ripped out his hair and pulled his skin (he also said that it can cut the skin if your not careful) then he used this one! Wow! It just came right now and the dog wasn't upset at all. It also didn't take a chunk of hair - but just the matt itself - really cool! What's better - I can use it on my kitties too. Once I try it out I'll tell you guys if it works for me. |

I really find just fingers and a comb work well, quickly too. |
Hi Integra,
I keep forgetting to tell you about a cat brush that works well on our cats. It doesn't help with mats really, it just takes out a lot of the dead hair and shedding hair, to prevent mats. It is called a Kong: Zoom Groom. It is a rubber brush in the shape of a cat. The cats love it and look forward to being groomed with it, with the exception of O'Malley. Hope it helps with your adorable doll face himi's! Stormi and co. |

Even after all my brushing - he has had 4 large hair balls the last two days - and he has 3-4 new matts on his belly! Darn it all! After that last one he isn't very receptive to me holding him on his back (then again - he never has been). And they are ALL around his private area! >_< My poor little boy! |
