Any thoughts? I think I have some Bag Balm somewhere and thought I'd give that a try. Jil |

Probably just dry skin.... the bag balm will probably help
Possibly the way she is laying is causing friction in that area too. If the bag balm doesn't help, maybe ask the vet about a cortisone cream? |
Don't forget we get dryer in the winter due to the furnace being on, so do our furry children. I will bet the bag balm will do the trick, it has some anticeptic properties and it's soothing.
Hope that Belle gets less itchy soon! |
....and grass allergies.......food allergies.....this may take some detective work on your part. Hopefully not scabies or some microscopic critter that is awful to eliminate........argh!! |
SheepieBoss . . . Go Away!! Kayli has summer allergies and I know that misery all too well and don't even want to go there!
I don't think it's allergies, though, it's not consistent enough. I don't want it to become habit though - been there too. I'll try the bag balm tonight. We just came back from the most fun walk; Belle was bouncing down the street and looked SOOO happy. She even picked up the pace near the end, which doesn't happen very often. |
Jil,
Here's hoping the bag balm will do the trick! And that walk sounds like it was such fun! Can't wait to meet Miss Belle in person at the picnic in May! Chris |
