My long, not very vacationy weekend
Wednesday after work, I had my job interview. It went very well. They won't be making a decision right away. They are going through a restructuring. He liked me, I liked him. So, I'll sit and wait. Thursday morning, I had to meet with my attorney about my car accident last summer. Man, can he talk!!! That was 3 hours of my life I'll never get back! Then Tony and I went to lunch to celebrate Tony's birthday...and afterward I had to lead a meeting. (Ok, let me tell you, it's almost impossible to lead a Weight Watcher meeting after eating a bacon, cheeseburger and drinking a long island iced tea!) Friday morning was reserved to spend time with Bernice. Not bad, not good. Then in the afternoon I had my hair cut (it looks adorable! I'm just so precious!) The computer guy come over to fix my computer. Why do they take so long? Saturday morning I did 2 WW meetings 7 am and 9 am....did some shopping, and went home and took a nap. Ah! The first real signs of a vacation!!!! Spent special time with each of the three dogs. Sat. night we hung out. Sunday morning...I worked out, did my meeting plan for the week, and Tony and I went grocery shopping. Then we met friends for dinner at 3 (no! it was not an early bird special!!!!) Home about 7 chilled and got ready for bed. Ok...why don't I feel like I had a vacation????????????????? |

| Hung out and napped not mentioned nearly enough! That wasn't a vacation, that was catching up.
Had one of those "help, I'm running on empty" weeks last week. No wonder I crashed and slept for 14 hours  I wish you had had the luxury. |

| not so much of a vacation as a good catch up on stuff weekend...although, i do like the sound of the burger, drink and nap part...
