somehow with me getting the new sewing machine friday, it has kicked off a whole house clean up. I wanted to put the new machine in his office and make that room a office/craft room. ok working on it. that lead to getting ALL my arts and crafts up from the basement, ( forgot how much I had) that started Richard going through all the totes and moving his things into the new redone garage ( now his work area) The goal nothing in the basement but Xmas things and after he is done with the garage they will be up here too. The basement is damp and moldy. I can not breath down there. Yes there is a dehumidifyer running and a air cleaner. Someday if we can we will have the basement redone and made into a familyroom. all this from one gallon of paint to redo the livingroom walls. (dog markings lol) |

Good for you!!! As a nurse after my arthroscopic surgery I did 5 months of PT including pool therapy. After the second surgery (open ) my ortho suggested I try my own therapy at home, which he said was being done more in Europe. As a nurse he said I was a good candidate. Within 4-5 months I had full range of motion. I found with conventional therapy, going 3 times a week and being driven to the point of pain I couldn't do much on the off days. Doing it on my own I would do the exercises several times day stopping when the pain hit a certain point...rest, then exercise some more. Best of luck with your recovery. |
