LOL - I was just looking in the foods section to comment on this!
We made the chicken with cashews last night and it was great! I think page 95 (I'm at work, but will check later) It's on the right side page, closest to the binding... It is a sauce made with cashews and the other stuff in the blender. Then pan fry, add the chicken and mushrooms and water. Serve over white rice. Very yummy. We also made one of the balti chicken recipes - I think it's page 145?- again delicious. I was scanning through the book last evening to decide what to try next. I will check out the ones you've tried! |
