Sept 20 Cincinnati Autumn Sheepie Stroll
Meet at the Harbor area in front of the building with the observation tower and snack bar. The path around the lake is paved and fairly flat. Who's coming? | Zoey would love to come. Since Bentley still thinks that he's the only dog who matters, he may not make it. He still gets really cranky around other dogs. Me and Zoey will have to talk to him. |

That's so funny! Every time we get into the car, Phoebe jumps into the driver's seat and I have to remind her that she can't drive. What is it with sheepies and driving???? |

Max and I will be joining you! Keep in mind-- he is not 100 %, so we may not be able to make the whole jaunt. It will be great to meet everyone face to face!  |

Yay! We're going to have quite a group. Max will enjoy just seeing everyone even if he doesn't do the entire walk. |
| Less than 2 weeks until our Cincinnati get together! Phoebe and Winston are looking forward to seeing all their friends and making new ones. |
Just a few more days until we meet at Winton Woods in Cincinnati!!! 
We may even bring Sassy this time. She's doing better in the car (as long as she's crated), gets along fine with all other dogs and for once, the drive is short. Can't bear to leave her home while the others enjoy the fun. Of course, Nelson will be there  . We have a great foster dog named "Chi-Chi" who will be making his debut.
Wild Angel and Yvonne will be there, too. We plan to bring the "Princess Coach" for Wild Angel in case she conks out like she did at the Indy Mutt Strut.  Hey, she's 11 yrs. old now!

I think a couple of honorary sheepies will be there too. Our new little rescue Maltipoo, Kippy, thinks she's a sheepies. The more the merrier. Hope others can come. |
| The snack bar at Winton Woods Harbor is closed for the season. Bring your own beverages and snacks.
I'm bringing a veggie tray to share. We can decide that day if anyone wants to order pizza or go to a restaurant. |
| We have a bit of a scheduling issue. I sold a collector car several weeks ago to a guy in California. The car left two weeks ago and I still have a LARGE crate of spare parts that still needs to be shipped. The driver who will be transporting it will be here sometime Sunday to pick up said crate. If he gets here early enough, we'll make it. If he doesn't show up until mid afternoon, we can't make it. So let's hope he's running ahead of schedule.

| I just spoke to the truck driver picking up my crate. He said that he should be here around noon and he'll try to make it earlier if he can.
Both the dogs spent the afternoon at the groomer. So weather permitting, we'll prolly be there. Vance |

| I got a call from my driver stating that he'd run into a problem at the stop before me and he wouldn't be here until 3:30; So I had to stick around and wait for him... AAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRGGHHHHH!
When can we all do this again so I can actually participate? Until then, I'll have to hope for some serious photos. Vance |
| The rain stopped and held off while we made the circuit around the lake.
Maggie McGee and spouse were there with Sassy, Nelson and ChiChi. Yvonne was there with Wild Angel. Erin came with Gertie. My spouse and I were there with Phoebe and Winston. Needless to say, we attracted a lot of comments. Watch for info on the Cincinnati Reindog Parade in early December. I think that will be our next get together. |

We really wanted to sneak him up in the ark to get a picture (as if someone could 'sneak' Nelson anywhere ) but the gates were locked and those pesky park workers kept hovering around us . Grrrrrrrrrr! |
| I would have never thought to look here for pics but glad I did!!
I got a kick out of the cooler drinking pics.  Obviously has no problem helping himself, and that must have been like finding a goldmine to him ...or maybe it's just my dog who is obsessed with water more than he is treats.
Noah's ark is pretty cool too. I enjoy seeing sheepie get-togethers! |
