Slippie went the way of the Ugg
She has had one of my fluffy slippers for a couple of months now. She likes to lie and gently chew and suck on it. And as that's better than chewing her feet I let her have it. The other day Rastus decided it was time to have a tug of war over slippie. 
He won and proceeded to disembowel slippie. He managed to extract all the foam insides out through the ripped toe.  I had to take them off him in case they did terrible things to his gut. Before he got his teeth in, it looked like a dirty but wearable slipper, now:

Well it was actually a sad slipper even when it was new but I was away and needed slippers (I have ice blocks for feet) and that was all I could find. 
DH was horrified at mauve and white so I bought them as a stir. So it never really bothered me when Tig took a shining to them and I let her have it for her very own.  |

They had one each and till now Tiggy had saved hers from destruction. |

Cozette knows that pain all too well.....She sucked on the tail of her favorite lamb toy until Matisse wanted to play tug with it.....same sad ending....he gutted it like a fish and well, no more lamb - She looked down at it, and looked at me like "OK, what's this??" |
Syd feels tigs pain I think babs and rastus have been plotting together. 
Slippy and Ugg are now in stuffie heaven together.
