Oh my, how fortunate! Home from opera at 3 a.m., dogs still exect one of us up to feed them by 6 a.m. The person who doesn't feed (me) then gets the "rush"....."HEY, it's time for our after breakfast cookie!" I stumble up, get them their cookie and then all of us head back to bed.
Then I'm grumpy the rest of the day. |

Then I'm grumpy the rest of the day. Sounds like a good evening! But back on topic, I totally agree. No way our furkids would let us sleep that in THATTTTTTTTTT late. Not even kinda sorta. From wet noses, to jumping in bed with us doing the "I've got eat dance." With that said, you get used to not sleeping in. Wait until you have kids DannyboyStephjoy. |
YIPPPEEEE!!!
I know I enjoy my sleep!! |
No sleeping in around here either.
But the dogs cant get to us and dont bark, they send the cat in to torture us instead. |
No sleeping in here either. and last night we were up every hour - poor bogey had the runs. |
Congratulations |
Love it when that happens! |
I must have the laziest dogs...Sammy and Max only would get up when the person they are sleeping with gets up. When the boys are home from college and sleeps in til noon, I have to go in there to get them up and out.
This morning Max didn't even get up when the boys were up...he was the last one up!! I guess he's entitled since he is 15 and a half yrs old. |
Sounds like the boys and the dogs trained each other up in the sleeping in stakes. |
