Beemer's Story
http://www.oes.org/page2/20478~OES_need ... regon.html I had been searching Craigslist for a dog for months. And it never worked out. It always seemed to be SOMETHING with the people. I was pretty much hopeless. Then, I found Beemer's ad (Cesar at the time). There were no pictures, not too much info, but enough to get me interested. I emailed the woman who posted and she responded in a matter of a couple hours. I was THRILLED! She brought him over the next day for a visit.. I didnt realize how BIG he was! Very leggy and goofy, but oh-so-cute! From that moment on it has been pure bliss. I dont know what my life would be like without him. He is the best dog anyone could ever ask for. We are a part of the Greater Portland Old English Sheepdog Club and we go on monthly walks through different parts of Portland. During all this time I have kept in touch with his old owners and invited them to come along. They came to the walk and were amazed at how beautiful his coat was, as it was the longest it had ever been. He is doing great... no health problems (minus one little eye infection that the doc cleared up in a couple days), he is just wonderful and always a pleasure to be around. I cant wait to get another one!!!!  |
