I rescued you when you were 5 1/2 weeks old and you stole my hear at that moment. You were my best friend , you had grown up with my daughter Mikayla, been there when I got the divorce, let me get tears all over you when my horse of 36 years had passed away. You always comforted me and never passed judgement you loved me uncondtionally. I will remember the walks on the beaches on the Cape! I will remember the way you "talked" to me 
Bear you were the best dog and friend I ever had and I could not let you suffer.... I had promised you always quality not quanity and I hope my promise was fulfilled for you. You will FOREVER be in my heart I miss you SOOO MUCH. Love Momma |

thanks Ron and believe me when I say I will need you all here on the forum! Not everyone understands..... he wasn't just a dog!!! He meant sooo much to me and we had been thru so much together!  I can't seem to stop crying I am so sorry |
| I know we haven't really talked, but I'm so sorry for your loss. I don't think anyone could blame you for crying! At least he has crossed the rainbow bridge and he will always feel your love, but no pain. He was lucky to have a Mommy like you and I bet he knows that now more than ever! |
| I hope your right... I hope he knows that I loved him so much and I didn't want to do it b/c his mind was totally there but his back end was no longer good. If I could have had him fixed good as new I would have had it done in a heartbeat!! Thanks for your kind words!! |

I can't seem to stop crying I am so sorryI am so sorry for you - but let yourself grieve. I just talked to a friend who had to make the same decision 6 weeks ago and refused to face her grief afterwards, she is just now coming to terms with losing her dog. It will get better - eventually. |

| I'm so sorry for your loss. It hurts so badly when we have to let them go. Think back on all the good, happy times. I bet you will tell yourself they were all worth it. Bear is looking down on your now telling you to remember the good times. That's what dogs choose to remember. |
