Springfield shelter needs help with OES--Rocky and Annie
The shelter is also waiting for 2-- 14 week old puppies and a 10 mo. old puppy from the same owner (I would assume the adults were the parents). Carol Lake has been notified of this and is trying to help. If anyone can help please contact me in Illinois. Sally 847-464-4531 |

| What about Chicagoland OES rescue?
If the adult pair becomes urgent let me know. And we will take the puppies if the shelter vets them, we can find them a home in Chicago in no time  |

This is Sally from COESC rescue. The shelter contacted me. They do not have the young ones yet. The two older ones are not in danger but need to be placed and Missouri seems to be overwhelmed and not enough homes. Sally |
| I have an excellent home (someone I know) here in maryland waiting for a young OES I would leave my own dogs with her Would the rescue consider placing one here???? |
| I would think the shelter would consider out of state adoptions BUT they would need to "meet" the prospective owners. They will not ship a dog (besides there is an embargo on shipping due to the heat) to---destination? to? What if no one claims the dog on the other end?
