He's a rescue. OES, not Bearded, rescue. He even has his own book: his owner is an author who wrote a book about him which she uses to promote + fundraise for rescue, predominantly NEOESR as I recall. Kristine |

A big Beardie, but a Beardie You are correct. But he was placed as an OES, ergo he IS an OES
It can be part pet grooming. Take out undercoat and leave rest long makes for a more beardie looking dog. Plus his lovely facial markings lend itself to beardie, even though OES can have dark on their heads to (hi, Sybil! ) His coat does look a bit beardie beyond the grooming. Love how dark it is.
