... and the wednesday after is our big trip back to Munich/Germany, forever! That feels soo weird as we lived now in UK for over 12 years. But I've got a good feeling that it was defenitly the right decision. Max came back last week from Munich and he passed his Apprentice test, now we are only waiting to hear back from them! He wants to be a traindriver at Deutsche Bahn! ... and next Wednesday is SHEEPIE DAY!!! xx Cant wait!! |

Hi Jill, yeah I suppose you can imagine what we are going through as just last year you moved from UK to Italy and seemed to be very happy there! Your drive was even longer than mine! I'm fine with driving this time cause I know I dont have to drive the same way back! I can just sit there and relax! I got loads of interviews and Max hopefully gets his apprentice, that would be fab! .... and ofcourse swimming outside in the lake just 5 min. from us, every day and for FREE!!! Oh I cant tell you how exited it makes me!!! ... but I wish I would be there already, it's soo much stuff I got to cancel in UK and then start in Germany! Well, I will make it!! LOL ... and yes I will say "hi" to everyone at the Sheepie Day next wednesday! You all will be missed!!! xxx |
I will try to get a camera when we arrive and make the first pictures!
We are soo lucky to be able to move into a house again, as this is not normal at all in Munich! All you can afford is a flat really. The people who live in a house are rich, or something like it! Well, we share the house with the ladyowner, her husband and her 18year old son. they live 1st floor and we groundfloor, and she choosed us over the others, who had a job, (I DONT! LOL) cause she liked me (I did talked too much!!) The house also got a much bigger garden as we got now, we can use it like our own with Charlie and she even wants to walk Charlie when I'm at work. they did had a Labrador before, but he unfortunalety died 3 months ago, so they are very happy a BIG dog comes into the house. The lady even told me that she "thanked god" that WE are moving in! - how nice! I nearly got tears in my eyes when she said this! That was very special nobody ever said to me! |
It all seems so exciting. Hope all goes smoothly for you in your transition. Good luck! |
