I think this has been happening for several years now, but at first the groomer would just shave them off when shaving her coat -- OUCH! (I got her as a rescue and there is no bringing a brush to her, I've tried over the years with various strategies with no luck, so she just gets shaved down a few times a year...) The most recent groomer was much more attentive and left the little growths in place and I've been watching them for the last year or two. No changes in size, just seem to find couple of new ones every six months or so. Any thoughts? The one between the toes seems problematic as she has taken to licking it incessantly with a result of a water stained paw... The others don't seem to bother her as she does not mind at all if I touch them or put a bit of pressure on them or anything. She's up for a visit at the vet here soon for shots, so I will bring it to his attention as well. Otherwise she has been completely healthy only needs to go the vet for shots (with the exception of a broken toe when she decided to leap off a second floor balcony in her youthful excuberance many years ago! ) Thanks in advance for any advice or thoughts! Salla. |

Yep, old lady bumps. I would bring them up with the vet, especially on the toes. That bump should be eliminated as it is irritating. Probably just burn them or freeze them off. |
