I think this was pre-baked. I can't remember... * 2 (6 oz) cans tuna, drained&flaked (I used 4 (3oz) tuna in the package) * 1/2C shredded Cheddar cheese * 1/3C mayo * 1/3C sliced olives from can * 1/4t lemon-pepper seasoning * sprinkle some shakes of curry powder * 1 package refrigerated buttermilk biscuits (generic turns out crappy) * 1-2 egg, beaten * 1 1/2C ritz, pretzels (what I use), or potato chips (will be a little salty) Mix 1st six ingred. Then on floured service roll out biscuits into circles the size of pancakes. Then heaping T of tuna mixture (spread out to about 1" from the sides so it's not all in the middle). Fold over. Press edges and then seal with a fork around edges. Dip completely in beaten egg. Then in your pretzels or whatever. Bake at 375 for 18-21 min. |
