His name was originally Frosty, but he didn't answer to it and his foster mom didn't like is so they call him Foster. Here are the frontrunners, but other suggestions welcome! |
|
What an adorable face! He looks like he had one too many and about to let out a loud burp |
funny you say that... I think that was about 2 minutes before he puked all over the back seat! |
Obviously we recognized the "oh my tummy" look!
OK, I voted for Burger only because my other two favorites, Wibur and Rupert, are dogs I already know. Can't say I've met a Burger. |
I voted Burger too because I think it sounds great with Walter.
"Walter......Burger, wanna go for a ride?" |
I liked Rupert, but awkward to say, it doesn't flow well (out of my mouth anyway!)
Frosty was OK. Wilbur - too hokey. Burger - old HS boyfriend's last name..... so, I voted "other" |
I love Wilbur and Theodore just because it just seems like it's something you would name your dog. Plus it fits that sophisticated face |
Theodore makes me think of Alvin and the Chipmunks! |

LOL - Wilbur made me think of the pig |
I can't think of anyRonniething |

Exactly!! He is so serious I can't give him a goofy name. He needs something proper, with a surname perhaps. |
Hugh? Declan? Paddy? He is adorable whatever his name. |
He looks like a Sir Wilbur to me |
I like Theodore-- |
I voted for Burger it reminds me of that old sitcom two guys a girl and a pizza place's character Berg |
I voted Rupert. I think it goes well with Walter and he looks like it fits him.
I haven't read the other posts about him apparently. Are you adopting him? |
But Marley is the one that will live with him - so we need to match or coordinate with her.
Martin? |
When I look at it that way, I think Rupert actually sounds best with Marley! |
Yea, his name will have to be yelled after Marley's. I actually call Walter "Wilbur" every once in a while, but he has a ton of nick names so I don't think he would miss that one!
Dave likes Wilbur, and is not so sure about Rupert. Marley's best friend is Ruby, and we call her Ru a lot, so that might be confusing? Decisions, decisions... |
I voted for Wilbur, I don't even like that name for a dog but for some reason it fits him LOL |
See.... reading the names and looking at his face after each name... I didn't think ANY of those listed fit him well. (tho I agree he looks like he's had af ew too many!)
I think Foster seems good. (but NOT frosty-- bleh) |
i voted for burger.....1. because i LOVE burgers 2. i bet he LOVES burgers......burping burger...what better name? |

Ron you crack me up! Sorry to throw a new name into the pot but when I saw his face I immediately thought of 'Phantom' as I thought he looked like the phantom of the opera in his two-tone mask! |
I think Burger is very cute, but it reminds me Sex and the City, Carrie's annoying boyfriend that broke up with her on a post it note.
It looks like Wilbur is the final decision, unless I change my mind when he comes to us. |
