Have you plucked the ear hair out of his ears? It sounds to me like he may have a build up in his ears, or maybe an ear infection, which is common in oes. Also, someone else mentioned in another thread that it may be wise to have the anal glands checked. Another thing to check is the fur between his paw pads. If it is not trimmed it mats up so that no air can get to the skin, and this is an important place to keep clear as it is one way for the dog to keep cool. If air is not getting to the skin it can get sore, infected, damp and smelly. |
