Duncan is so cute
The other thing that he does is play with his squeaky squirrel. If someone is squeaking his squirrel, he comes to get it. Then he moves it to one of his "other" beds. For example, if I am playing with it in his bed in the bedroom. He will come and get it and take it to the couch and vice versa. I have the most darling picture of Duncan resting his head on his baby. I am so totally enamoured with this dog. He is the absolute most darling and wonderful animal! He still doesn't want to go out back to do his business. He is a stubborn boy. He's afraid of other dogs. But, after a week of living with my boy, I can say without a doubt that this is one of the best dogs I have ever known.  |

| Maudie was terrified of thunderstorms. She used to close herself up in our tiled floor bathroom when they would hit and we weren't home. I've often wondered if it have something to do with the electrical charge in the air being less in a tiled room. |
Well we're going through the same storm, if not a little more of it, and our Yuki needs to hang out with your dog b/c she is causing our little boy to be terrified. He's fine w/the thunder and then a loud one will go off (he's still fine), but Yuki will bark and run off under something for a second and then pace, which gets my kiddo screaming. 
Our puppy just follows Yuki around the house like she's playing chase or something. |
| Chauncey doesn't have a problems with storms yet. I say yet because our OTB lab Jake didn't until late in life. I also felt for him on New Years Eve or 4th of July.
Chaunce has a favorite stuffed hedgehog that he moves from place to place. If we say " I/we know where it's at " he'll go get it and move it again  He also hides his bones or chews..usually under throw pillows on the sofa or Bob's bed pillow. |

Obviously Duncan is making himself right at home with you. 
Genevieve is afraid of T-storms, too. If they get too bad, I usually crate her. She calms right down then and sleeps through it. |

What is it with sheepies and futons? Oliver and Lucy love the futon we have in the office too. Thank you, but that's my sixteen year old daughter!  He is VERY much loved! |
| My first two sheepies were absolutely petrified of storms, so far (fingers crossed), Jenny has been ok.
Duncan does look like he is totally "at home" in the pictures. |
| just to make you feel better the other week we had a huge storm in the middle of the night which we were all sleeping through with out noticing until 70 lbs of einy jumped into bed for protection!!!!!
hes terrible he'll hide under the bed or a table but if your inbed hes in there too under the covers looking for protection. yet he won't sleep on the bed any other time we take up to much room for his liking. zoe and einy |
