doesn anyone know if there is anything similar on cats? Obviously, they are not pack or herd animals, so Amichien bonding isn't really going to work... I was just wonmdering if anyone knew of any really good cat behavioral books? Karen |

Ohh, so if you read it ...will you post some interesting facts/information, so we could all learn?
I'll be too busy the next few months to read! Fiance wants to drive 10 hrs away to see his sister ...and... he said we must take all the furkids! Then go to Vegas! I love the fact he's such a family guy!!! I told him, "hon, you know my parents would gladly help out." Someone named Ms. Joah ...always ends up doing all the "watching" when they go with us, so I told him "we'll see...." |
ah.. read which- the dog one, or the cat one? I'm not sure there is a way to pin down feline behavior...
As for the The Dog Listener: Learn How to Communicate with Your Dog for Willing Cooperation, by Jan Fennell, it's really good- I'd be happy to talk about it more, I'm a little leary of getting an idea wrong or misquoted, so others would have to catch me up if I were t misquote. I definitely think it'd be a great round table discussion though, particularly to talk to those who've been able to put it to good use! |
Oh, I picked it up myself and read it in a few days! I meant the cat one. Just find it so amusing to learn the "why's" to every behavior. |
