I had vegetarian matzoh ball soup last night and was in heaven! Only other thing I could eat was potatoes :/ I make him special stuff. Yes, I make vegetarian matzoh ball soup, and even though its not "passover" food, I make him a noodle kugel (casserole). He always wants his green bean casserole, too. At Sunset Foods, I found vegetarian chopped liver (made with peas and walnuts)! We have Haroseth (chopped apples with red wine, pecans and cinnamon) eaten on the matzoh. And of course, sponge cake with strawberries. And, he does eat eggs, which is a traditional food, so he'll like that. He'll have plenty to eat! |
Enjoy this passover with your family.....It's great to hear your son is coming home.... |
Enjoy the celebration with your family! I know how excited you are! |
