Loose stool since rabies shot
It's Wed. and she still has loose bowls. Should I be worried? She seems fine. Except today she hasn't eaten since breakfast. And it's now 4:30. Put down food and it was again a no go.  She's drinking just fine. And eating treats all she can get  What do you make of it?
I read online that they can be affected with stomach upset for a week after the rabies shot. Would you be worried? |

| I would always call my vet. remember she got the shot along with others and at an office where there probably were sick animals. having her rabies shot could just be coincidental. |
| I would call my vet and remind the vet at the next visit so it is recorded in your baby's charts. You should be keeping a log as well to see if there's a repeating pattern with vaxs, heartworm, etc.
Several of my guys are loose after their heartworm pills, one even goes off food for a day. Could be your baby is sensitive to the carrier for the vaccine......I don't know what they use. |
