Cilantro-Lime Chicken with Avocado Salsa Recipe

I got this recipe from Cooking Light and made it this afternoon. Very good. For the Weight Watchers among us, one serving is 6 points.

Chicken:
2 tbs. minced cilantro
2.5 tbs. fresh lime juice
1.5 tbs. olive oil
4 (6 ounces each) boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1/4 tsp salt
Cooking spray

Salsa:
1 c. chopped plum tomato (about 2)
2 tbs. finely chooped onion (red onion is best)
2 tsp. fresh lime juice
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
1 avocado, peeled and finely chopped

To prepare chicken, combine 1st 4 ingredients in bowl and toss. Add chicken and let marinate for 3 minutes. Remove chicken, discard marinade. Sprinkle chicken with salt. Heat frying pan (or grill pan) over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Cook chicken about 6 minutes per side, or until done.

To prepare salsa, combine tomato and next 4 ingredients in bowl. Add avocado; stir gently to combine. Serve over chicken.
