Auntie Paula's acomin' to dinner
I'm making my famous Jewish Brisket. farfel...and some veggie, I have to see what looks good. I'm really excited! Pirate, Keira, Lizzie and baby Gordon are so happy their Auntie driving forevah to see them! |

I was surprised to see my name as the subject of a post! Yep, goin' to Deborah's tonight for dinner. We live about 45 miles and 3 counties apart. I'm looking forward to a home-cooked meal--cooked by someone else. I'm bringing dessert--Ben and Jerry's Cake Batter ice cream. Although Deborah and I, being the good Weight Watchers that we are, won't have any.

| Yes...no dessert for Paula and me (wink, wink, nod, nod!) I had my official WW staff meeting last night, so my official weigh in is behind me (2.5 pounds under goal). So....maybe a little dessert tonight! Gotta go shop, cook and clean! |

| Oh how fun! I'm so jealous you guys are getting together - I wanna come!!!! Okay that fact that you are thousands of miles away wouldn't deter me as that dinner sounds yummy.

Dinner was delicious, and the hostess was terrific. Here's the dinner platter: brisket, roasted garlic potatoes and asparagus (yes, that's butter on the asparagus). Deborah also served casear salad and rolls. And ice cream for dessert. YUM! Darcy, I had a slice of brisket in your honor. Plus Deborah gave me the leftovers to take home.

| It was really fun! I don't think it was such a "pretty dinner, but it was good...hearty. Paula, it was wonderful to have you here. Lizzie is still talking about you! Darcy...Paula learned the history of Robert while she was here. Can't wait to do it again!!!! |
